About
I am a Ph.D. student in Computer Engineering, within the Department of Intelligent Systems Engineering at Indiana University Bloomington, advised by Prof. David Crandall. I received my M.E. in Computer Engineering from Jilin University in 2022 and began my Ph.D. at IU the same year.
My research focuses on computer vision, with a current emphasis on audio-visual learning and interpretable artificial intelligence for vision applications. I am particularly interested in how multimodal cues can be aligned and reasoned about, and in building models whose decisions can be explained in terms humans understand.
